One for your diaries! The Guild of Jewellery Designers will be holding their second Contemporary Jewellery Exhibition in the Waterhall in Birmingham's Museum and Art Galleries, on 23rd November.
This is a selling event and just the place to pick up a unique and stylish piece of handmade British jewellery for a Christmas gift.
Coming to stay with us in Birmimgham? We'd recommend a visit to the Great Western Arcade, which is just a few minutes' walk from the Rotunda.
The Victorian arcade, refurbished four years ago, is a very elegant place to shop and home to a wide variety of shops many of which are independently owned (much like ourselves). Almost 40 businesses are based there including gems such as Hollingsworth Cigars - the second oldest tobacconist in the country.
The Birmimgham Hippodrome has some wonderful entertainment on offer this Christmas. From November 22nd-December 12th, Birmimgham Royal Ballet will perform The Nutcracker. It's then panto time from Dec 19th-Feb 2nd. A star-studded cast - including Stephanie Beacham and Gok Wan - will perform Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
