W're very proud to say that today we were given an award for Outstanding Customer Service at the Retail Birmingham awards. Our MD, Tracey Stephenson, said, "We were honoured and thrilled to have been recognised out of hundreds of establishments in Birmingham. It is a great tribute to all our team on Guest Relations who strive to offer outstanding customer service each and every day."
