Directions to Rotunda
Although we don’t have parking on site, we can offer discounted rates of £10.50 per night in any of the Bullring’s car parks, the closest of which is the Bullring Centre car park which can be accessed on Smallbrook Queensway (Sat Nav postcode B5 4BU). If you are being dropped off by taxi or wish to unload your luggage, our nearest drop-off point is on Worcester Street (Sat Nav postcode B2 4BB).
We are situated within a three minute walk from both New Street and Moor Street Stations.
New Street (Grand Central)
From platform level follow the signs to the Main Exit (taking the escalators or lifts) and go through the ticket barriers.
Follow the signs to the Bullring exit, going through the huge atrium area (with it's bubble roof) to the exit with Oliver Bonas on your left.
Once outside, if you look slightly to your left and up, you'll see the Rotunda's circular tower, walk towards us via either the pedestrian walkway with the planted wall or past the bus stops. This will bring you to the rear of the Rotunda on Worcester Street. You will see some steps and a ramp with blue rails, take these going past the side of Zara and once at the top, turn left. We're just next door to Zara (womenswear).
From Moor Street, cross the road out of the station and turn to your left. You will see a ramp that will take you past Armani Exchange into Rotunda Square. In front of you you will see Zara (womenswear), we are next door to the right.
25 minutes via taxi or nine minutes via train to New Street Station. Trains are about every ten minutes and Rotunda is a three minute walk (see above).
East Midlands Airport
55 minutes by taxi. There are no trains, but coaches are run by National Express.
How do I check in?
You collect your keys from the reception desk in the lobby. You can check in any time from 3pm - sometimes earlier - and of course you can leave your bags with us at reception anytime from 8.30am.
For those of you who took advantage of our advance purchase rate, we need to see the card you used to pay with online and we need to see photo ID for all lead guests, irrespective of how they booked or are paying. We are unable to accept cash payments (but you can pay by bank transfer in advance of check-in).
Although the Rotunda is staffed 24/7, our Guest Relations team finishes at 10pm. It would be helpful to know if you are arriving after this time so we can ensure your check in with our building’s security team is as smooth as possible. Do email us.

What time is check-out?
12 noon is our regular check-out time but we are more than happy to store your luggage for you while you go out for the day.
