Your apartment is located in the heart of the city centre, just 300m from Harvey Nichols and Selfridges, next door to both the five star Lowry Hotel and Santiago Calatrava's stunning footbridge, but in a quiet riverside location.

This large one bedroom apartment is on the third floor of the purpose-built riverside development, The Edge – one of a handful of premium developments in the city.

All our apartments are fitted out with an emphasis on comfort, design and technology but this serviced apartment is one of the largest in this development. It has a riverside view and a super king size bed.

An open plan living room and kitchen lead onto a large balcony and your bedroom. The bathroom has a great walk-in power shower that packs a punch.

In style terms, a sharply contrasting palette of dark blues and yellows is tempered by a geometric patterned, 1950's inspired Scribble wallpaper in grey and white by Jocelyn Warner and walnut furniture. The centrepiece of the living room is an eye-catching swivel armchair and footstool in bright yellow, felt fabric by the award winning British design company Hitch Mylius, who also produce the extra comfortable dining chairs. A large Tripode floor lamp by Barcelona-based Santa and Cole stands behind a sophisticated, mid-century inspired sofa in dark blue fabric. Miss K bedside lamps from Flos, also in acid yellow, sit either side of the super king size bed.

There's a 24 hour reception, free secure wireless internet access plus an Apple Mac entertainment system and separate iPod dock.

You also have a secure car parking space beneath the building and access to the modern landscaped garden below.
