Once an old dye works, the building was restored and converted into apartments by one of the country's most innovative developers, Urban Splash. All the apartments were sold as shells and designed as unique and individual apartments.
This apartment is on the ground floor in the original 1920s industrial building with a canalside view. The ceilings are tall with exposed concrete and steel, contrasting with the modern interior of white walls, sliding doors and glass. Very New York loft.
The decoration is warmed by bright reds and extravagant damask prints.
The apartment has a large open-plan living and kitchen space, opening onto a furnished balcony overlooking the Bridgewater Canal. It also has a beautiful white glass bathroom - with a view...
The apartment is in the Castlefield quarter, on the banks of the Bridgewater Canal. You are only moments from Manchester Central and the conference quarter and in less than 15 minutes on foot you're right in the heart of the main shopping area. En route you'll take in some of the city's most interesting boutique shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. You can also walk along the canal to the bars and restaurants in the Castlefield basin.
One secure parking space is available underneath the building (more on request).
Urban Splash is the developer behind the UK's most exciting urban regeneration projects. Their approach differs from the norm; they challenge convention and design with imagination. But don't just take our word for it, come and see for yourself.
