Rotunda Apartment Types
There are five apartment types at the Rotunda ranging from slick studios to king-of-the-castle penthouses.
Every apartment is unique, but they are all well equipped with quality fixtures and fittings and Poggenpohl kitchens.
Our serviced apartments are located on levels 17-20 of the Rotunda with one exception, the Clubman Cabriolet, which is on the second floor and has a large terrace.
Studio apartments
Floor-to-ceiling windows (that slide open) flood our
chic Mini studios
with light by day and offer great views by night. Space to work and
relax.
One bed apartments
Our stylish one bedroom Clubman apartments
have ensuite bathrooms, spacious living areas for meetings, work or
play and great views through openable French windows.
Two bed apartments
All the amenities of a Clubman, Maxis give
you plenty of space to share with a colleague or family. Enjoy
their extra large living rooms and two bedrooms each with its own
en-suite bathroom.
Two bed penthouses
Everything you get in a regular two bed
Maxi
apartment but made extra special by their wraparound, open air
balconies and views from the 20th floor.
