Checking-in at Rotunda
Check-in
You collect your keys from the reception desk in the lobby.
You can check in any time from 3pm - sometimes earlier - and of
course you can leave your bags with us at reception from
08:00.
Although the Rotunda is staffed 24/7, the reception team finishes at 22:00 and it would be helpful to know if you are arriving after this time so we can ensure your check-in is as smooth as it would have been earlier in the evening, with the security team (just email us).
Check-out
12 noon is our regular check-out time. Let us know if you
would like a later check out and we will see what we can do.
Don't forget... you need the card you used to pay and your photo ID (eg passport or driver's licence) to check in. This is part of our Beat Credit Card Fraud campaign.
