Credit Card Fraud
If you have benefited from an Advance Purchase Rate, we ask to
see the card that you used to book with and a form of ID to:
- Help protect cardholders against identity theft (we have
thwarted several attempts much to the relief of the
cardholders)
- Protect us against credit card fraud and resultant charge backs
where we have to repay the cost of a stay either because the guest
used someone else's card or because the guest has fraudulently
tried to say that they didn't stay
- To give you a much quicker check-in for second and subsequent
stays - we only ask to see your card and ID the once
- For security purposes - we need to be sure we know who is
staying with us so we can provide that information to the
authorities in the unlikely event of an incident.
