Parking at Rotunda

Back to Directions

Car parking
We offer a discounted parking scheme (£10.50 for 24 hours instead of £16.00 for 8 hours) at the Bullring. Simply park up as normal and exchange your issued car parking ticket for one of ours when you check in. We will then charge your nominated card for that amount during your stay. We can't retrospectively refund monies so please do swap your ticket on check-in rather than check-out to be safe.

The car park can accommodate all vehicles up to 14' 9" (4.50m).

The nearest entrance to the car park is 300m away beneath the Bullring and the Rotunda. It is open from 7am to midnight (from 8am on Sundays).

So if you are arriving before 9pm (Mon-Sat) or 5pm Sundays, park as near to the Debenhams entrance as possible. When on foot go through the glass doors marked West Mall and Debenhams. Take the lift to Level 3. Walk straight ahead, past Gap until you are in the main mall (keep to the left).

You will walk past the Apple Store and Goldsmiths. Exit the Mall by the Bull statue and turn left towards Zara. The entrance to the Rotunda is just after Zara and before Carphone Warehouse. Press the bell marked Concierge.

If you are arriving after 9pm Monday-Saturday or 5pm Sunday, we would recommend parking a little further into the car park (under Selfridges), as after these times the Debenhams lift is closed, unfortunately this does mean a slightly longer walk.

Once out of the lift on the 1st floor, you will need to walk between Costa and Burger King and through the glass doors. From here walk towards Chaopharaya Thai restaurant and turn right to go up the ramp between the two halves of the Bullring. Once at the top, the entrance to the Rotunda is just after Zara and before Carphone Warehouse. Press the bell marked Concierge.

If you are arriving or departing between midnight and 7am  please let us know and we will advise on where to park.

If you have very heavy luggage then please feel free to use our loading bay to drop it off before you park up. Please email us or call us on +44 121 285 1250 to arrange.

We also have a limited number of spaces under the building which you may find easier with heavy luggage. These need to be pre-booked on the above numbers.

Security and Liability

We cannot guarantee that people will not enter either the Bullring car park or the Martin's Gate car park and cause damage to your car and/or its contents. You are therefore parking in either car park at your own risk. We do not guarantee the security of your vehicle and/or its contents.

To put this in context, none of our guests have ever experienced any problems over the past five years but inevitably there will be a first time.
