We are a small, flexible company with a track record in looking after many barristers, solicitors and judges. We tailor the way we do things to the legal profession and offer special terms such as a same day cancellation policy if your case ends prematurely (please see full details below).
We have 26 stylish serviced apartments (5*) and studios (4*) in Birmingham - rather like an aparthotel - on the top four floors of the listed Rotunda building.
We regularly look after a number of London-based barristers and solicitors at our serviced apartments in Birmingham. Why not give us a try next time you need to stay overnight in the city?
There is nowhere more central. Right at the heart of the city, Staying Cool at the Rotunda is ideally located for the Law Court and Crown Court and in easy walking distance of both of the major rail stations.
Work or Relax
All of our apartments offer the most comfortable king-size beds, excellent soundproofing and a living space where you can hold small private meetings, peruse your papers or simply relax in peace.
On the food front, choosing one of our serviced apartments gives you real flexibility. Cook (or assemble!) your own dinner in your fully-equipped Poggenpohl kitchen; chill out and get a takeaway delivered; or pop out to one of the many restaurants on our doorstep.
You can also pre-order food and drinks which will be in your apartment on arrival.
Special terms for barristers and solicitors:
Mini - studio apartment (king-size bed)
Rates: £119 for one night and £99 per night for stays of 2+ nights
Clubman - one bed apartment (king-size bed)
Rates: £139 for one night and £119 per night for stays of 2+ nights
If you need extra space we also offer two-bed, en-suite Maxi apartments - ideal if you are looking for accommodation for your support team. We also have penthouses with wraparound balconies on the 20th floor if you want to impress.
