Devon

Our first Staying Cool by the Sea venture is at Royal William Yard - a former naval dockyard first built after the Napoleonic War. The yard is on  the banks of the Taymar Estuary just around the bay from Plymouth Hoe.

It's a perfect base for exploring Devon and Cornwall and is probably the best place to stay if you're on business in Plymouth.
