A spacious first floor serviced apartment with tall ceilings that combine an industrial aesthetic of exposed concrete and steel, with a cool modern minimalism. In short, very New York loft. It has a large open-plan living and kitchen area, with a bedroom opening onto a wide, comfortably furnished balcony with a stunning, totally glazed, bathroom.
£550 per week. Minimum one week stays.

Once an old dye works, the building was restored and converted into apartments by one of the country's leading developers, Urban Splash. Staying Cool bought an empty shell and designed its first ever one bedroom serviced apartment here.
The luxury serviced apartment is in the Castlefield quarter, on the banks of the Bridgewater Canal. You are only moments from Manchester Central and the conference quarter and in less than 15 minutes on foot you're right in the heart of the main shopping area. En route you'll take in some of the city's most interesting boutique shops, plus plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes.
A secure parking space is available underneath the building.
Extra spaces on request.
