Maureen Flynn was the winner of a New Year's Eve stay in a Mini apartment in Rotunda courtesy of Staying Cool and Style Birmingham.
Maureen beat off stiff competition for the prize after telling us that she is babysitting her eight-year-old grandson on NYE and they want to watch the fireworks from the Rotunda. We can't resist a glamorous grandma!
