Our Design Ethos

Form and Function
We've essentially turned the hotel model on its head and blown the budget on each apartment, not on the lobby (although these are generally very nice too).

Guests always ask where we get our furniture from - the simple answer is from all over the place.

We also make sure that the space works well from a guest's point of view, with plug sockets in plentiful supply and in the right place, for example. function and  form we hope.

Individuality
each of our apartments is individually designed; a one off. here's what joanne o'connor, travel editor at the observer wrote about  space  in manchester:

"...more than a touch of retro decadence, with its white fur rug, barbarella-style light fittings and moulded plastic chairs. there's nothing retro about the free wi-fi, apple mac, wide-screen tv and espresso maker, however. the bed is huge and inviting and the shower packs a punch. in short, it's perfect."

Staying Cool at the Rotunda

"I liked the fact that all the food products were fairtrade/organic (excellent!). The flat was lovely, wish I had somewhere like that in London.." Kate Cater, Life & Style Editor, The Guardian

"There are no bellhops nor a gym...instead you get a Mac Mini, free Wi-Fi, an espresso machine and a juicer (oranges included)." The New York Times

""..our apartment was equipped with a fully functioning kitchen, replete with oranges for juicing, a juicer, coffee grounds for grinding, a coffee machine, and the most swaggy open-plan living room, framed by a seemingly endless view..."" Wonderland Magazine
