We were very delighted to be featured The Times this weekend!
Our Mini apartments at the Rotunda were at number seven in The Times' 'Where to Stay for under £100' top twenty. Times subscribers can access the full piece online, but for everyone else here's what they had to say:
"Round the corner from Selfridges and the Bullring shopping centre, Staying Cool offers 26 fantastic apartments at the top of the Rotunda tower. Each has a kitchenette and a laid-back style, with ceiling to floor windows, modern art and designer chairs. There's an espresso machine, a bowl of oranges to use in a juicer and complimentary Dorset cereals. The views across the city are spectacular."
It's worth saying that all of our apartments from the Minis to the penthouses have well-equipped Poggenpohl kitchens with full ovens, dishwashers etc.
We were delighted to welcome Archer's star Tim Bendincks (aka David Archer) to Staying Cool at the Rotunda.
You can read the great things that he had to say about Birmingham and his Birmingham penthouse in Tim's piece in the Mail on Sunday.

day. Here at Staying Cool we appreciate the joy of a
perfect cup of tea. When you check in with us you'll find a range
of quality British teas in your kitchen. And you'll also find fresh
milk in the fridge on arrival rather than those horrible little UHT
We're proud supporters of Orchestra of the Swan. If you become a Friend of theirs you'll be able to buy tickets for a rather special event at Staying Cool at the Rotunda in May and enjoy many other benefits.
A Room with a View on May 8th will be held in one of our Rotunda penthouses and will feature a recital with canapes and Pimms.
We saw Alan Bennett's new play 'People' recently at the National Theatre and we're delighted to see that Mac Arts are screening it live on Thursday, March 21st.
If you are staying with us at the Rotunda that evening we'd highly recommended it!
Monarch's flights between Birmingham and Barcelona go daily from May. Potential for a very cool Staying Cool mini-tour!

as little as nine minutes to go from very nearby New

with us at 39
Steps in Barcelona. Unbeatable for style.
This Sunday (March 17th) sees Birmingham's annual St Patrick's Day Parade. And, in honour of the occasion, the amazing Selfridges building will turn green once more.
Last year saw record crowds watching the main parade with 85,000 people lining the streets to get a glimpse of the procession of floats, musicians, and dancers.
"The New York Times recently named our second city as one of the hottest destinations for 2012...Its favourite place to stay? Staying Cool's apartments atop the Rotunda..." The Sunday Times
