Our Lowest Rate Guarantee
We guarantee that our best rates can always be found on our own website. We offer complimentary upgrades to guests who book directly with us first and foremost and often run special offers that aren't available anywhere else but via our own website.
If we have made a mistake and you can find a cheaper rate or a better deal elsewhere, then it will simply be down to human error on our part and we will refund the difference plus £5. Overall you should save between 5-25% on standard rates by booking via this website.
Also, the the longer you stay, the cheaper the nightly rate becomes (there is no minimum stay).
We have three types of rates:
- advance purchase (payable up front and non refundable but transferable to a different date at no charge, up until three days before your scheduled arrival). This is the cheapest and most flexible option. You can book via this website or by email or phone
- seven day cancellation policy (pay nothing until seven days before your arrival date). The first night's stay is non refundable if you cancel once the payment has been taken. You can only book this by phone or email.
