We're proud to announce that we won a Booking.com Guest Review Award for 2018.
The Guest Review Awards recognise "exceptional hospitality". They are only awarded to accommodation providers who achieve review scores above 8.0 from those left by guests on Booking.com. The 2018 awards cover reviews left from November 2017 to October 2018.
Thank you to every guest who came to us via Booking.com and took the time to review our Birmingham serviced apartments. It really is appreciated.
We were also very pleased to see that apartments were judged to be the most awarded type of accommodation for the second year in a row ahead of hotels.
