Enjoy this burger recipe for National Burger Day

Happy National Burger Day! Years ago, our MD was given a burger recipe by her friend Vincent who's a chef. The recipe has become a lasting favourite with Tracey's friends and family, so we thought we'd share it here.

The Vincent Burger
All of our serviced apartments Birmingham have a chic Poggenpohl kitchen for guests to use. Whether you're staying with us or cooking at home, we hope you'll find these burgers delicious.

500g beef mince (we recommend Duchy 10% fat)
Large pinch of cumin powder
Teaspoon of dried coriander
Good handful of parmesan cheese
1 onion
Couple of handfuls of breadcrumbs
1 egg
Tablespoon of English mustard

(a) Softly fry the onion until nice and light brown and a little caramelised.
(b) Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
(c) Scrunch together in hands to form five burgers
(d) Put in fridge for an hour to firm up.
(e) Fry or barbecue.
(f) Eat!
