Minibrum Opens May 25th
Monday May 20, 2019
We're very excited about the arrival of MiniBrum at Thinktank on Saturday (May 25th). ThinkTank has worked with over 800 families plus local schools to create a child-sized Birmingham that is designed to help children to think like engineers and scientists.
MiniBrum features city landmarks such as the Birmingham canals, Selfridges and the Old Joe Clock Tower. It recreates real-life city scenarios where kids can develop their ideas, problem-solve and be creative. MiniBrum makes STEM a whole lot of fun!
Children are encouraged to travel around the city exploring. MiniBrum has different play zones including a home area where children can build dens and find hidden animals in a burrow, a race track, a construction zone, a Post Office and a salon. There are also specially designed sensory zones for babies.
