Staying Cool Win At Industry Awards

Members of the Birmingham team travelled to London this week to attend the annual ASAP convention (Association of Serviced Apartment Providers). The convention ends with a gala dinner and awards and we were thrilled to be placed in both of the categories we'd entered. We won in the Serviced Apartment Marketing category and were highly commended for Investment In People

The ASAP is the serviced apartment industry's not-for-profit trade organisation representing 189 members across 17 countries. The ASAP's marketing award for 2017 looked for a marketing, PR or advertising campaign that proved to be original, innovative and effective. Tracey Stephenson, our managing director, said, "What a wonderful evening for Staying Cool! We were thrilled to win the marketing category for our social media campaign #littlextras. The campaign focusses on those home comforts and complimentary extras that make staying in our serviced apartments such great value for money."

Staying Cool was also highly commended in the Investment In People category for the second year in a row. This award is for companies who are truly customer centric.

This isn't the first time that Staying Cool has won at the ASAP awards, which began five years ago. The company won Best Guest Experience in 2014 and Serviced Apartment Team of the Year in 2016. Tracey said, "We have proved that a small, independent company can compete with the best in the business. I couldn't be more proud."
