What meeting room types do you have?

We have four types of apartments available for meeting room hire. All are on floor levels 16-19 except for the Penthouse which is on level 20.

Mini: studio apartments

Clubman: one bedroom apartments

Maxi: two bedroom apartment with two en-suite bathrooms

Penthouse: two bedroom apartment with wrap-around balcony

How much are your meeting rooms to hire?

Our rates start from £49 for a one hour meeting including refreshments (teas, espresso coffee, hot chocolate). No two events are the same so please do get in touch [email protected] or phone us on 0121 285 1250 for a bespoke quote.

What meeting services do you offer?

Our friendly guest relations team will ensure that you have everything you need before, during and after your event. We’ll stock your private kitchen with refreshments, pre-order any food via our local suppliers, set out meeting supplies and arrange the apartment layout to your liking, ready for your arrival.

Our reception team will greet your guests and either escort or direct them to your chosen apartment type.

We’ve hosted numerous pop-ups and pop stars, corporate meetings and events in Birmingham over the past decade with companies such as The Guardian, who interviewed Malala Yousafzai in our Rotunda penthouse, Converse (the sneaker people) who ran buying showcases in our spaces and IBM who booked ten apartments and a penthouse to complete a local project for example.
