Cooking Cool is the result of our partnership with chef Alex Claridge. Alex, formerly of the The Warehouse Café is the founder of Edible Brum and The Wilderness restaurant. We like to call Alex our Executive Chef. Alex also provides a lot of our guest treats throughout the year.
- With Cooking Cool, you can make a delicious meal hassle-free with no planning or shopping for ingredients. We'll ensure that you have all the locally sourced ingredients and equipment to hand to create superb seasonal recipes.
- All the Cooking Cool ingredients and recipes cost just £25 (serves two). Simply order as part of the booking process and we'll have everything ready for you on arrival. Please note that we require at least 48 hours notice to ensure we can source the correct fresh and seasonal ingredients.
For the main course you can choose between:
Roast Gressingham duck breast served with braised red cabbage, parsnip, crushed potatoes, blackberry chutney.
Roast cod, baked beetroot, squash puree, kale and tender stem broccoli.
